Course Description:  Explore global cultures and travel to distant lands as we listen to talented and professional narrators ignite life into stories from ancient myths and legendary tales of the world. History, geography, and writing are entwined into each hour of this rich Charlotte Mason-style class. Students practice synthesizing and composing original thoughts in oral, written, or creative narrations, followed by a class discussion period. Students can expect about 30 minutes of homework each week.

Cost:  $150/semester

Supply Fee:  Included in class fee

Class Prerequisite:  The ability to read and write. However, I can accommodate struggling readers and writers.

Materials Teacher Will Provide:  Stories, binders, maps, globes, colored pencils

Materials Students Must Provide:  Spiral or Composition Notebook, pencils, erasers

Minimum Enrollment:  8

Maximum Enrollment:  18
