Course Description: In this class we will learn about the food pyramid, and the daily recommended servings. How to make a complete nutritious meal, and how to create meals and shop within a budget.
Each week will make a new recipe based on the current section of the food pyramid that we are studying.
Our final class the students will prepare and serve their guests a full meal.
Allergies: We will be using ingredients with Dairy, Eggs, Gluten.
