Course Description: This middle-high school math course provides students with the continued basic math skills necessary for pre-algebra and pre-geometry. If you have a student that struggles with math concepts or math processes, this class continues where Basic Math I leaves off with discounts and mark-ups. Students will continue to apply learned knowledge and learn ratios, proportions, and percent word problems, expressions and equations, and statistics and probability. The pace is slow and the weekly homework is manageable. Students will be required to complete weekly homework assignments, weekly quizzes, and 5 assessments.
