Course Description: This middle/high school course is designed to introduce students to wonderful pieces of literature and teach them how to read, infer, analyze, and write about literature. Such skills include annotating, recognizing worldview for discernment, identify literary elements and literary devices, and write an analytical essay. Weekly reading and assignments. Class Prerequisite:  Ability to read and write.

Materials Teacher Will Provide:  Additional assignments and their grading when necessary.

Materials Students Must Provide:  Notebook for notetaking; pencils, highlighters, folder.
